The location was great, near restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities were excellent, especially the pool and gym. a wonderful experience.

The Management cancelled my paid in advance stay and reduced it to 2 days only.

I was surprised to see. and many times, cars of near by coffe shop customers blocking the enterance to the hotel garage.

We stayed at a hotel in the Libyan Desert which had an excellent location near to the Turkish Embassy, making it a good opportunity for Turkish visitors. , it was in a walking distance from the town center, which was convenient. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean with all amenities provided. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of dishes and the service was prompt and courteous. The view from the balcony was superb, overlooking the harbor and the city. The hotel had excellent facilities including a pool, bar, and business center, making the stay quite comfortable.

The hotel staff could have been more cautious about security, given the dangers of extremists and insecurity in the area.

Maintainance is not good, my tv was not working @ room number 1324, the coffee machine also was not working. Water was running all times at wc.

Great food and lots of variety offered throughout the day, and the staff is very responsive and helpful. The hotel's facilities like the swimming pool, spa, and gym are a great addition, and we enjoyed them thoroughly during our stay. The location is also convenient, very close to important business areas and other key attractions.

Our room was not in the best condition, and it was not cleaned up to our expectations. We also experienced some issues with the bathtub and the ceiling. Although the staff was responsive and did try to help resolve the problem, we were disappointed with the overall room quality. Furthermore, the security portal at the entrance needs to be monitored more closely to ensure guest safety.

I loved the location of this hotel as it was very close to the Turkish Embassy. This is a great opportunity for Turkish citizens who want to contact the embassy. Furthermore, the hotel is close to many excellent restaurants, the harbor and the city center. The breakfast was great and served in a clean dining area. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel is a luxurious venue that fulfilled all of our needs. The exclusive amenities, such as the sauna, massage service and seasonal outdoor pool, were outstanding. Additionally, the bar/lounge area and restaurant were of excellent quality. Our in-room breakfast was delivered promptly and was delicious. The service was impeccable as the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location advantages were perfect as they provided us with easy access to the city.

The only minor issue we experienced was the slow and intermittent wifi.

Good facilities, comfy bed, and a nice view from the balcony. The hotel is also near the city center and the corniche. As a bonus, the hotel staff is quite helpful and accommodating.

Despite the good facilities, the hotel was quite overpriced. The restaurants and menu were expensive, and the breakfast buffet was decent, but not worth the hefty price tag.
